Gordon G. Wong, O.D.
Dr. Gordon Wong has been practicing optometry since 1991 and is the senior associate of Wink Optometry & Eyewear. His areas of expertise include refractive surgery consultation, surgical co-management, and specialty contact lenses. He is a member of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry.
Wildon C. Wong, O.D.
Dr. Wildon Wong is the brother of Dr. Gordon Wong and has been practicing optometry since 2000. Dr. Wildon Wong heads the contact lens and edging department in our on-site optical laboratory and oversees the custom edging of prescription lenses for our designer frames.

Patient Information Forms
Fill out these patient information forms prior to your appointment to speed up the process and get into the optometry chair sooner. You are also welcome to arrive for your appointment early to fill out the forms available in our waiting areas.
Records Release Form
If you’re a new patient, ensure we're up to date with your past medical records by filling out our patient release form. There is no charge for an electronic transfer of records (fax /e-mail). For a paper copy of your medical records, there is a $30.00 + shipping fee.

An eye exam is an essential part of eye care that can help spot signs of disease or changes over time. Our doctors will recommend an annual or biannual eye exam depending on several factors, such as your age, vision, and other risk factors.

Cost of Treatment
Eye health is crucial, and the Wink Optometry & Eyewear doctors can help you find a solution that meets your needs. Our office will work with your insurance to ensure you get the most coverage for your treatment. For your convenience, we accept VSP and Medicare. Even patients who don’t have vision coverage may be able to have treatment billed to their health insurance plan if a medical condition is detected.
